  1. Wrap-N-Run has great food to-go at low prices. They also have good juices (which cost as much as the sandwiches almost), my favorite of which is the fresh grapefruit.  The coffee is good and since Burger Heaven serves bilge water for coffee (though I love Burger Heaven and its coffee is my only quarrel with it), I often come here for coffee and take it over to the corner restaurant.

The omelets are better than Burger Heaven, fluffier with better cheeses. It's a big breakfast with ample serving of breakfast potatoes, not the greatest but certainly adequate.

The sandwiches and pastries are all great. I would never eat my food there as the cleaning fluids they use are worse than repellent; I feel very close either to puking or suffocating if I venture to the back with the ugly tables.

The service is fast and the breakfast is slightly cheaper before 10AM or 11Am.

A great place to get a quick bite and take to work or the park or your apartment.

The Caribbean sunrise smoothie is out of this world. I added a star because I have been very happy with the omelets of late and that smoothie is just wow!

  2. Randomly stopped by after Summer Streets because I was craving a healthy smoothie.  Opted for the blueberry + banana + non fat yogurt option and it was pretty good, but a little too much banana for me.   But after a long bike ride and a hot day, it was the perfect thing because it was so refreshing and light.  Service was a little confusing/crazy because they were packed.

  3. Wraps, burgers, everything!  I've had a bunch of wraps here and by far my favorite is the Thanksgiving wrap.  Turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing.  Delicious.  Wraps are huge.  Not a lot of dining space, it's more of a takeout place.

  4. A few days ago, I was jonesin' for a smoothie and happened to be on the UES.  I had never heard of Wrap-N-Run, but tried it because it says SMOOTHIES right on the outside.  My craving brought me through the door almost involuntarily…

I tried the Caribbean Paradise smoothie.  At first, I ordered a small (which looked tiny when the guy showed me the cup it would come in), so I ended up getting a large.  Little did I know there would be  enough 'extra/overflow' to make a second smoothie.  So I suppose I got 2 smoothies for $4.30.  Score!

At first, it was delicious.  Pineapple, strawberry, bits of coconut, nonfat frozen yogurt, mmmm.  But to be honest, it was TOO much for me and gave me a serious stomachache!  The bits of coconut were also annoying to chew after awhile.

So if you're looking for a bit of refreshment, get the small size.  Or bring a friend to share. ; )

  5. Hit or miss. Depends on the employees mood. I want to say they are more consistent with their breakfast menu. I love their pancakes. Not so impressed with their lunch items, they need to tweak their lunch menu. Delivery is always quick & the guys are always sweet.

  6. Their burgers are on point, and huge. The patty alone would be the big kid in the playground that makes the little kid shake shack sized patty cry. My coworkers and I order from here regularly, and their service is always quick and accurate. The place itself is a small hole in the wall with no room to sit, or stand even when it's busy.
Their smoothies are fresh, their wraps are the size of average burritos, and they use real fat sausage links instead of patties for your breakfast sandwiches. I'd shy away from their vegetable sides…they tend to be over boiled and bland. Anything else that's grill related..go for it!

  7. This place can get packed for lunch.  But it's alright because you can just order your wrap on the phone and pick it up in 5-10mins.  Service is quite fast at this place.  The wraps are pretty thick and filled with goods.  They can get messy but that's a wrap for you.  The wraps are at a resonable price $7.  Obviously if you want something healthy, don't come here.  But if you want something that will fill you up, this is the spot.
