  1. Just tried breakfast here yesterday.  Oh my goodness what a good choice.  Their cheese souffle was amazing.  I got it plated right away and was thinking it had been sitting there and was cold and dry but it was the perfect temperature.  Had the right about of crunch to it and the silky cheesy egg mixture tasted heavenly.  Ordered a cappuccino and that hit the spot.  The service was quick and friendly and the seating always clean and comfy.  Would like to visit again to try out their other souffles.

  2. I started coming to this location instead of the one in Mineola because of proximity. So far, I'm satisfied. Last time I came here, I ordered the turkey chili and Greek salad. The turkey chili was pretty good! It was flavorful, hearty, and satisfying. The Greek salad is also very good – they put just the right amount of feta cheese on it. I also recommend the tuna salad sandwich.

Panera Bread is always a great place to go to for the casual lunch or dinner. They have a variety of salads, soups, and sandwiches to choose from that will satisfy nearly anyone. If you want the best of both worlds you can choose the "U pick 2" deal. The food is always consistent, fresh, and healthy. They also have a refreshing lemonade and grean tea drink!

  3. This place is the best!

This place offers you a great place to work with lots of advantages: free internet, free coffee refills as long as you pay as minimum as $2, free water, free AC outlet, free heat, free bathroom, and it lets you stay as long as you want. Great people, you may leave your stuff unattended for a short period of time and they will still be where you left them. The customers are nice, polite and they do not disturb you, of course as long as you do not disturb them. In addition, it has a great environment with great lighting, good for reading and or working on a laptop.

This place is the best compared to:

Tous Les Jours, free WiFi but they let you die in cold as they don't turn the heat up and they don't offer free AC outlets, and free water. The workers do not know what is the meaning of Free and they haven't been at their competition for comparison and to know what is going on… Super Stingy!

Cafe Bench, overpriced products with free WiFi and free bathroom. Temperature is ok, not too hot nor too cold. But, it lacks of free AC outlets. Stingy!

Barnes & Nobles, free AC outlets, free bathroom use, free water, free browsing through their magazine colection, and free WiFi. However, WiFi seems not to be working properly most of the times… Temperature is ok, they don't let you die in cold or from the heat in the summer. An ok place…

Apple Store, free AC outlets, free bathroom use, free WiFi… But no food to be digested inside… An ok place…

Starbucks, free AC outlets, free water, and free bathroom use. WiFi needs to be paid. Capitalists!

  4. I had never been to this location before and stopped in after shopping to cool down. I sprung for a large iced coffee since the price was good, it was hot out and when I get a serious coffee itch no amount of coffee can suffice that.

This is a nice location, but surprisingly very small. Panera usually goes for bordered off dining experience for their restaurants and they still went that way. The extra walls made the restaurant feel even smaller, and running in for an iced coffee was made a bit peculiar since after ordering at the registers up front, I had to go all the way to the back to fill my cup up. The iced coffee doesn't seem as well attended to as the hot coffees (which are located in the from behind you as you're ordering… which also led to my confusion). The iced coffee container was almost empty, and as I pressed down on the nozzle to dispense, I could feel the container lift up from the back. Not wanting to cause a disaster I used my other hand to stabilize the container as I poured. The fresh coffees have an updated time to as when they were brewed last but the iced coffee does not. And it did taste more to the bland side. It would've been also nice if there were stirrers located near the iced coffee as well. I forgot to take one on my way out from the hot coffee station and was left with settled sugar at the bottom instead of equally disperesed throughout the drink.

  5. Really friendly service at this location.  I don't frequent PB so the menu was a bit confusing to me. I wanted the lobster roll and a salad, the pick 2 thing they offer.  Well apparently they don't include the lobster roll on this pick 2 thing, but they said I could have the pick 2 with a full size lobster roll, but not the pick 2 price. "Say what..confused face" I was starving so I just agreed to whatever she was saying. Give me my food before I eat a chair for gods sake.
So to the food….the plain Caesar salad was lettuce was fresh but the Parmesan cheese was on the bottom of the bowl and barely there.  It was edible. The lobster roll was not so good. The lobster was tough and the bread was not toasted. NEVER ORDER THIS!  This was nothing like a New England lobster roll.  The hibiscus tea was very weak.  The chips in the bag were good.  Thumbs up to the friendly workers, thumbs down to the food.

  6. My wife and I had lunch here yesterday. Tucked away in the middle of a sizeable shopping center, it's easy to miss this Panera from the main road (Hillside Ave.) Step inside, however, and you walk into the familiar confines of the well known chain.

This location is pretty decent. Friendly staff and ample seating. Plenty of menu items to choose from. Well stocked bakery/pastry section.

On this day, we had 2 flat bread sandwiches (Southwestern and Mediterranean) and large bowl of the creamy tomato soup. Due to it being busy during lunch, we had to wait about 5-10 minutes for our food to be prepped but it was all made well. Both sandwiches were tasty but didn't leave us feeling guilty. The tomato soup has always been one of my favorite items here and didn't disappoint.

Parking can sometimes be a little though due to all the neighboring businesses but that may be the only complaint.

Solid location and good food, all in all.

  7. Im not really too pleased with this location. The people are kinda rude and one of my friends got food poisoning from here. The location in mineola is much better and more sanitary. Trust me this panera is pitiful!

  8. For a quick lunch, simple breakfast or just a snack, you really can't go wrong with Panera. I've now been to this Panera multiple times and I can say the food and service is consistent. Fresh food that comes out quick and you know it'll taste as good as the last time. Service is great, speedy and friendly.

No complaints, need a bite to eat or a place to sit, this is where you need to be.
