We just got a traditional cheese and pepperoni, it was a nice thin crust with good tasting cheese. The hotel recommended the place and it was good. Only problem was cheese was all slid to one side as seen in picture. Tasted great
Alright so here's my genuine experience. I first had pizza from this place at like 3am, and it was freaking amazing. Like I mean, cheesy goodness from the GODS. It literally blew my mind it was so tasty. Bear in mind we went to go pick it up, (not delivered) and it was just hot and amazing since it's just down the road from where I live. I would say I ate it pretty quickly from the oven my first time I guess. The second time I ordered from this place, can you imagine my disappointment when I received a cold pizza? I was hungry so I ate it, but I called the place up to let them know of my eternal sadness. Where was the sauce I had? The pizazz? The crunchy yet soft inviting bread? Was it all a dream at 3am that night? The manager was happy to receive my call, and told me my pizza went off the grid for a while, since they couldn't find my address. It was all good, I just told them I was pretty disappointed (politely, I swear!) and that I hope they fire their delivery man for getting lost and bringing my pizza through what seemed like a frozen tundra. The manager then told me he would like to comp this nights pizza, with a free one. Whenever I wanted it! So I have high expectations now, especially with my yummy pizza credit. But good customer service? AWESOME. I ordered my free pie tonight, and they got it to me like my 3am dream pizza the other night. The lesson here is to give people a chance and they will over deliver and surprise you. I had the manager deliver it himself to me, and personally asked me what I disliked about last nights pie. I laid it on him, and he thanked me for my time. I just felt really compelled to leave a good review, and didn't mean for it to get this intricate…but as all my friends and family know, I have a passion for pizza. Thanks for reading!
