  1. Oh my goodness gracious. This Panera is by far the worst one to which I've ever been. Ever. If you took average food and mixed it with slow, poor service and irritable employees, you would come up with something very similar to this Panera.

I ordered a very simple meal – a 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich with a 1/2 tomato & basil soup. Easiest thing off the menu, right? #WRONG! Not only did my friends and I wait on an incredibly long and slow line to order our food, when our orders eventually came 15 minutes later, they were all wrong. All of them. My sandwich came with no soup, and when I asked the employee when it would be coming, he assured me that it would only be a few minutes.

It took another 15 minutes for me to get my soup, and I went to the counter once more because I didn't trust them to remember. By the time I received my soup, my grilled cheese was cold. Like, #wtf.

They need some serious help here, and I suggest we do the chain a favor and not support this location. This Panera is due in for a closure.

  2. I've never had table service at a Panera before so that was kinda cool.  However, their signature dishes were not made right and so that was a bit of disappointment.  Be prepared to wait it out.

  3. Not a bad panera place. The food is great as always. Never had a problem with the staff. Not to sure about the other people who give bad reviews. But it's not a bad place. Not the top of the line Panera locations but it's decent to go to. I keep going to this Panera because I have yet to have a problem with them. I would check it out if you're around the area and craving some good food

  4. I like this Panera. It's quiet and very spacious. The staff is nice. I've only encountered one cashier that was super friendly. I've gone to many Paneras before so I already love the food.

  5. Big plus is the free parking and free wi-fi and the free refills.

Big negatve – it gets crowded, especially during peak dining hours.

Big plus is the food. It's yummy.

Big negative is viewing the calorie content.

Big plus is the servers deliver your food to your table.

Big negative is that it may take a while depending on how busy the place is. Plus it may take a while for workers to clean up tables.

  6. I would give this a 2.5 instead. I guess for a couple of reasons, the first time I came here, my friend had to wait awhile for her drink because the guy making it what looked like socializing with two ladies. So, it delayed her from getting her drink. And the second time I've been here, it smelled like burning bread.

I mean this isn't a terrible Panera and probably will never run out of customers because it's in a strip mall and it's a better option than what's in the area, IMO.

If you are eating in, you don't have to go to the counter to pick up your food. Where most Panera's you would have to pick it up. At this one, a person comes to you with your orders. Which is a nice concept. The lady who brought our food was very nice.

It's an average Panera with the same taste and items (because it's a chain restaurant). There isn't anything special compared to other locations. Maybe the customer service part could be worked on. But other than that, I was satisfied in terms of what I got.

Yes, there's free WiFi. Seems decent. May vary depending where you sit.

  7. I have never had a problem at this particular Panera.  I have been a patron at other locations and have been truly disappointed by the service and accuracy of my order but this location has never let me down once.  The staff is friendly and its never too busy when I visit.  Very organized.

  8. Yep, it's a Panera. Decent in a pinch, but it's so unspectacular that it's not really a place you'd want to go out of your way for. Best if you are looking for a quick lunch after shopping in the adjacent shopping center. We stopped by a few days back and it was fine, just like every other branch I've ever been to. Service was fast and pleasant, and the free wifi was nice too.
