Vivi is a solid place to grab some bubble tea if you work in the financial district. It's a little storefront with a bunch of photos of what they offer. You go up, place your order, pay, and are given your tea.
I went with the plain tea with extra bubbles (cold). It was light and refreshing and not heavy like some bubble teas tend to be. They offer two sizes: medium and large. There are various flavors to choose from, however, for my first time there I wanted to stick with something simple.
They gave me the most watered down taro milk tea I've ever had. They don't give a stamp on the rewards card. They don't accept credit. They guy making the drinks is slow af and rude.
I'll never go to this location again. You're much better off going to the John St. location where you'll get better product and service.
I gave it an extra star because the brand overall is good, it's just this location that sucks. Avoid.
