I just got out of the hospital and was given a prescription. Because life happens, I had to rush to work right after. I'm not really too sure how prescriptions work and seeing that doctors have such horrible writing I called the pharmacy to check if they'd have my medication, I spoke with a gentlemen who helped me and was very polite. Because I'm a ditz, I realized I read the prescription wrong and called back with the corrected information. A female answered this time and said she couldn't give me any information, I told her I spoke with someone before who did and she had the nerve to laugh and go "then why are you calling back". Thanks so much Amy for your lack of customer service skills. Usually customers who call have questions and aren't well versed in certain policies. Learn how to be more kind and maybe your days will go better and won't prompt you to give such nasty customer service. Especially customers who are sick!!! I'm in the customer service field and would NEVER laugh in someone's face no matter how uncommon their request is. For someone in the medical field she has no apathy or concern for those who are sick. I hope this location gets better pharmacy professionals, Walgreens usually has very well mannered employees. I'll never use this location for any thing. And I suggest all my fellow yelpers detour from this location. And if you do go in and see Amy ask her what her deal is.
I had quite the excellent service here. After having ordered wallet prints online, I stopped by here to pick up my photos, only to find that the photos were oriented incorrrectly, cutting off half my photos. I discovered this after paying for the photos. Someone came over and tried to load the photos from my camera using a cord they had. Unfortunately, it didn't work. They refunded my payment, and I went home to reorder again. I called in prior to going there to make sure that the photos were correct this time. The manager was very nice, and confirmed that my photos were correct. I went back in got my photos. There was no attitude at all, and they were happy to help. It's also a nice, bright, and clean store. Bravo for good service this time.
Occasionally awesome drinks, snacks, and cereal deals! Conveniently located across the street from where I live so my fiance and I often cart 3-4 12 cases soda, cleaning supplies home. Not the biggest selection but good enough to drop by once in a while to pick up the essentials.
