Compared to its across the block brethren, this one is less run down and doesn't have that "I can't believe it's not asbestos" kind of air quality going for it. I would bet my life that there is no significant/any price change. You willing to call me out on it???

This is a regular Duane Reade. Some of the others in the area are a little better.
