  1. Worst customer service I have had at a "super" drugstore. I had to print out 3 photos that I needed on the same day. A group of us couldn't figure out how the print machines worked so I made an order online. In store, no one offered help and when I asked for help, I was blatantly ignored. Like I said before, i ended up ordering online and the site said it will print out in about an hour. I went to go pay and pick up and the clerk tells me that it's going to take 2 weeks which makes no sense because the website said only an hour and I was doing a store pickup so it shouldn't have take 2 weeks. The 2 weeks period should only be for home delivery. I asked if they are sure but were extremely rude throughout in giving me answers and replies.

After struggling for 30 minutes inside with no help from the employees, we left to a cvs. I get a call when I walk into cvs, informing me that the photos at rite aid have printed and then before I could say anything, she hung up. The clerk didn't even tell me that it was rite aid calling and just told me that the photos have indeed printed out so I have to figure out myself. At this point I was exasperated with their service and continue to bring my business elsewhere. In cvs it took us about 5 minutes to print and purchase everything.  Save you time and money and go to the cvs down the block,

  2. My favorite local RiteAid. I come here a lot. Recently the store went through some renovations. Everything changed to become more modern. The aisles are more organized and modern. It feels like going to a Duane Reade. After this renovation I feel everything is more expensive and less sales. But I do like the new look for RiteAid.

  3. I went to the Rite-Aid nearby to get some Ben-Gay for my knee. What a blessing that was. Cured it right up for a little while, at least. It was a bitch to get at the store, though. Waiting in line took a while.

  4. I hadn't been to this store for a long time, since it was so crummy – and CVS is closer to our apartment, plus it's much smaller & therefore easier to navigate.  However, I was walking by Rite Aid this morning and decided to go in – and what a difference!  The store's interior was literally transformed (which turned out to have been done during just the past three weeks) and it's an entirely different place; it looks *terrific*!  For one thing, everything is clean and new.  Secondly, they have a huge new stock of items and the selection is MUCH better.  Thirdly, they now have a wonderful (and extensive) card selection.  Lastly, the personnel are no longer unpleasant (I met the manager – and although I wouldn't say he was effusively friendly, he was certainly pleasant.  Also, the young female cashier was very pleasant).  It's hard to believe I'm increasing my rating so significantly, but "fair is fair".  I'm really glad there's been such a big improvement.

  5. Low stock today, low stock almost everyday.

I guess being that it's the only thing open 24/7 in the area, people do shop here often and buy almost all the essentials and necessities.

The line for the registers are usually long and slow because you have only about 2 registers open.

The only good thing is that it's open 24/7, however the pharmacy is only open during business hours until about 7pm.

Staff are almost non-existent and good luck trying to find something here.  A lot of items are misplaced and the shelves are mixed with a bunch of other items that doesn't belong….you can blame the customers for doing this.

  6. Rite Aid is one of the closest pharmacies in my area so it's convenient. My disappointment with this location is that they are always out of stock, especially when weekly deals begin, which I find odd.

Most of the time there is a long line at checkout so give yourself time to shop & pay. While on-line, grab a magazine from the register to distract yourself from the mini torture.

The great thing about this location is that it's 24 hours so for those who need something like milk or cereal for the AM, you can grab it here. They also provide other grocery products if needed. The medical pharmacy is also available.

I did have a great checkout experience with the friendly young woman who assisted me with getting the correct item that was on sale to ensure I got the deal that the circular was offering.
