So when I need some cream for my coffee or a dozen eggs, or a kombucha, or maybe some mac 'n cheese in a box, or gingerale, or a bagel or coffee, or a Luna Bar, or ya know…milk, or yogurt, butter, chips, salsa, some chocolate covered pretzels after some heavy drinking, or a random assortment of strangely upscale food items (organic peanut butter! Brooklyn-made baked goods!)…I go to Gourmet Food Mart.
And really, the prices are not outlandish for how convenient it is.
I even bought these weird little wasabi seaweed things that ended up being quite good.
Truly, a pretty fantastic selection. They never scoff at my credit card carrying ways, they always double bag it even though I have a short distance to travel, they smile, they are friendly (all of them!) and they are always well stocked with the essentials…and then some.
I am blessed. It saves me from C-Town often…it's nice to have a little corner store I adore.
I love these dudes.
I HATE grocery shopping. Detest, loathe, fear it.
