I've been anticipating the opening of C Bao since I saw the space in renovation the last few months. It's a bit out of place but a great addition to the area. I first saw C Bao at the Queens Night Market but never got to try. So I got off the bus the other nite and they were suppose to close. They still took orders anyway and were very friendly. They have a grand opening bogo special on combos. So I got #1 Taiwanese Pork Belly with taro bubble tea and #2 Peking Duck with passionfruit green tea with jelly and bubble (cashier recommended). The buns were both delish but I def liked the pork belly a lot more. It was super delish and flavorful. The Peking duck was solid. The drinks were also great. Bubbles were cooked to perfection even at the end of the night which would be mushy in a lot of other places. Props to them for doing a great job even at closing time and being a brand new place. Keep up the good work!
