  1. The best doughnuts ever and I don't even like doughnuts.

  2. I've tried Doughnut Plant at least 3 times, the creme brulee doughnut twice. While I agree that the creme brulee doughnut was good, crispy shell on top and a gooey custard in the middle, I thought it was too sweet. I have a major sweet tooth. I have cupcakes, cakes, ice cream, etc several times a week and am always in the mood for something sweet. However, I found that all the doughnuts I purchased here hurt my teeth. The flavors were interesting and the staff is great, but I prefer Dough.

Also, I ordered 6 doughnuts and they didn't give me a box. They just put them all in one bag and with the icing and everything, it was a mess.

  3. Thank you fung bros for introducing me to this place! My favorite donut out of the four we tried was the oatmeal donut! Super interesting texture with a flavor twist of oatmeal. They offer unconventional, not-your-typical (dunkin donut) flavors, so if you're up for the challenge, I'd suggest to try one with the most interesting name. One suggestion- the cinnamonbun donut sounds and looks very appealing, but it's just a dry version of cinnamonbun with lots of raisins inside. I'd recommend to go with the donuts!

  4. Pokémon Go has completely taken over my life and I ain't even mad. Especially since that obsession has resulted in the creation of what is arguably THE best damn doughnut at Doughnut Plant… (drumroll)… the Pokéseed. Say WHAT.

I know, I know, you're probably rolling your eyes and muttering under your breath that this Pokémon thing has gotten way too out of hand, but before you say another word, Imma stick this Pokéseed in your mouth (giggity) and trust me, you're gonna love it.

Inspired by the game's Pecha Berry (a berry that will make catching higher-level Pokémon easier, for all of you living under a rock), the doughnut itself is stuffed with the most delicious combo of starwberry and peach cream and then covered with white chocolate icing and raspberry glaze a la the ever iconic Pokéball.

Not only does the doughnut look freaking cool, but it tastes so good. I've always been a fiercly loyal Peanut Butter + Blackberry Jam doughnut girl ever since the first time I laid my eyes (and mouth) on it, but ever since I tried the Pokéseed, I can't even remember what life was like before it. PB + Blackberry who?

    I regret nothing.

  5. Freakin' Awesome Doughnuts!!! Stopped in on a Saturday morning to meet up with an old friend of my wife. While there we devoured 6 of the best tasting doughnuts I ever had. We had a couple of Blueberry glazed yeast doughnuts, a Hazelnut chocolate, a Jackfruit glazed yeast, a blackberry jam filled, peanut butter glazed yeast and a coconut lime cake doughnut. All of them rocked!!! If I had one complaint I would say that the peanut butter one was too sweet, but other than that these were awesome. I wish I had a place back home that made doughnuts half as good.

  6. MAN OHHH MAN. . . .I literally came here after eating a full meal, and inhaled 4 donuts and the cinnamon roll.  I saw this place after watching a Fung Bros' YouTube video, and I was not disappointed.

I was so excited that I couldn't choose one so I got 4 donuts: peanut butter and banana cream, match, oatmeal, and the coconut cream.  HOLY CRAP. . . .that peanut butter and banana cream donut may very well be THE BEST donut I've ever eaten.  It was so soft and juicy and the oozing banana cream complimented the peanut butter dough.  MUST HAVE!!!! the oatmeal wasnt that great in my opinion as it wasn't sweet and a little bland.  The match was just a green tea flavored donut so it was to be expected, but still delicious.  The coconut cream was amazing. . .full of coconut flavors and very gooey too.  I got the cinnamon roll as well which left me unsatisfied.  I wouldn't suggest getting this item as it is literally just bread and outside frosting, there is little to no internal firework happening.

I need to go back and eat all the donuts I couldn't eat.

  7. I went in expecting to buy creme brulee dough seeds, but they had a pokeball doughseed!! Called pokeseed doughseed.

Ended up getting 2 of those. The employee told me that the filling was strawberry & peach cream. The girl that bagged my donut bagged it the worst way possible. So she wrapped the paper around the side of the doughseed, which is how they normally do it, but then she stacked them one atop the other. The paper bag was definitely big enough to have placed them side by side, but instead she thought stacking them was better. So now I have a lop sided bag AND the bottom doughseed was completely destroyed when I separated them. The whole point of buying them was because they were so cute!! 🙁

Tastewise, it was meh. I didn't really get the strawberry or peach flavor from the filling, but that might have been because the frosting was SOOOOO sweet. Especially the stuff that made the middle white circle. TOO SWEET!

  8. Great doughnuts, but not worth the price in my opinion.  Too expensive.for my taste.  At about $4 a piece they were good, but if I was local, I'm not sure I would go very often.

I tried some yeast doughnuts and a cake doughnut.  Everything was tasty.
