This is my home base pharmacy and while there are other competitive pharmacies in the Ridgewood area this location is my preferred pharmacy for the Outstanding Customer Service given by Mr. Henry Diaz the Pharmacy Manager & Ms. Jessica the pharmacist's assistant for always being at the top of their game with knowledge of prescribed medications, always prompt, courteous and caring pharmacy services. Very few pharmacists in my experience ever goes above and beyond their responsibilities but that is not he case here and that's why this is my go to pharmacy for prescriptions.
In addition this location is well lit, always stocked, very clean with easy to navigate and properly labeled aisles to locate items desired.
The bonus that they have a Chase ATM to sweeten the deal and excellent customer service at the main checkout area makes this Duane Read a solid 5 plus stars.
This is a decent location. The store opens early. I think about 7 am. The store was recently remodeled and it is kept very well stocked. The shelves are kept neat and I find that appealing (even when shopping for toiletries).
Anything you can think of you can find there. Most recently I have been impressed with the section with stockings/pantyhose and the frozen food aisle. Work has been hectic and it's great to know I can pop in an purchase a pair of stockings or something quick to nuke for dinner.
Occasionally the lines are long which can be a bit annoying, but not the worst. The ATM in the front also gets a lot of traffic which can make entering the store a little annoying. Overall a good DR location.
