I went in with an ulterior motive of seeking a bathroom. They did not have one (protip: go to the Apple Store at the end of the block). And yet, I ordered a coffee, because who doesn't order a coffee when they already desperately need to pee.
I ordered the 'New Orleans' which had a chicory roasted flavor, and they made it with almond milk (which cost extra). I was actually not that into the drink, perhaps because the coffee flavor was too strong, and the almond milk was not enough to cut it. Maybe I should have added more sugar. Eh. Rarely do I toss out a half-finished cup of coffee, but this really wasn't to my taste, and I tossed it. But you know, maybe that's someone else's taste, hence the 3-star review.
I'm a huge fan of blue. The coffee selection they offer is some of the best beans I have ever had and the brewing technique gives a nice clean flavor to the coffee. The coffee does seem to be a bit strong though, so try not to drink this stuff too late in the day if you want to sleep later that night, heh.
Came to this location and grabbed an iced coffee on a hot summer day. The coffee was smooth and perfectly roasted. Price is a bit on the expensive side, but that is a bit subjective depending on what your expectation is.
Service was prompt and the line moved very quickly.
They have some seating up the stairs in the loft area as well. Good option for the area.
The New Orleans cold brew at Blue Bottle is the best iced coffee I've had to date. Yeah, its kind of expensive ($4 for a small cup), but this isn't a drink you guzzle. I'm always worried that coffee places are going to put waaaay too much milk in my drink, but Blue Bottle apparently caters to my exact preferences. No issues on the milk front. The location is great, right on the High Line and there's a bunch of food stands and other little shops to peruse as well as a big (but very busy) seating area.
Love this place in SF; the NYC locations are pretty good too. I had an iced almond milk latte and it was alright. Coffee quality was good, the almond milk they used wasn't my favorite but it didn't bother me that much.
Stopped by for a lemonade and loved it. It was unlike any other that I've had, with a unique tangy/sweet combination that I can't really describe – you'll have to try it for yourself! They also accept cards here, which is great.
Became a big fan since I first came here! I usually go to the one by Bryant Park and almost tried all the coffee they served. "All good"!
Good coffee, but not worth the hype (or the price imo). I won't be back unless a friend specifically asks for their coffee.
