Pharmacy is definitely 5 stars! They go out of your way to help you contact your doctor if there is a mix up or delay in getting a prescription. The other day, the pharmacist saved me money too. I have to give it up to the pharmacy department, because it's a small Duane Reade and they always have a steady flow of people, but always treat you with respect and are very caring.
The rest of this Duane Reade is like 3 stars on a good day. They have the basics here and a Red Box, but the aisles are cramped, and the service is a crapshoot. Sometimes they help you, sometimes they don't. The only reason I come to this DR is because the pharmacy is awesome and the location is convenient.
I normally don't review drugstores but this place has really impressed me. The checkout staff is just so friendly and helpful! I've had nothing but consistent, great experiences here. It is one of the smaller DR around this area but if you live nearby, it's convenient and they have just about anything you need.
