Very good bread and pastries. I particularly like the cheese cream bun. The peanut crumb bread is a pleasant surprise with crunchy top complementing the bun that is lighter than air! The red bean bun is good too, with just the right sweetness filing.
They have quite a good varieties, nowhere as extensive as common bakery stores in France or Japan but good for North America. I noticed they have milk puddings too which I really like when I was in Japan.
You can grab the coffee and have breakfast upstairs where they have more seating area. The interior is chic and clean.
I would recommend this place if you are a pastries freak like me.
We bought a blueberry cheese filled pastry that tasted as if it had been left out for a day–stale and bland. There needs to be better quality control. I'm hoping they have more delicious items than what I tasted and I would be open to trying their baked goods again.
What a pleasant surprise. I came across this place by accident after lunch one day and decided that I may as well try it out. The sweets selection was unbelievable, I was actually stunned. It took me a good minute to snap out the sugar hypnosis and grab a tray. Although Paris Baguette's name may imply French pastries I discovered that most of the goodies were either Asian-influenced or a newer take on the classics. I could definitely see this being a good spot to pick up a birthday cake. They're gorgeous and pretty well priced for NYC. But considering how there were only three cakes left at noon I'd say that they sell pretty fast. Reserving one may be best.
While at first a bit intimidated by all the pastry options I decided to get the hisbiscus raspberry bombolone and a blueberry yogurt cronut. That's right. A cronut. Paris Baguette can get you Dominique Ansel's creation for less of a hassle and less of a cost. How do more people not know about this?
I took my pastries and a chai latte up to the very spacious third floor. This would be a great place to escape the city. It was chic and tranquil. It has more than enough seats and sports a pretty killer view of 7th Avenue. No complaints about the pastries, they were what they'd been advertised to be. The chai latte was pretty good too. Albeit a bit sweet.
It's with a heavy heart that I recommend this spot. It's the only place in the Times Square area that I'd go to and I don't want it getting "discovered" and overrun.
While walking around Times Sq on a recent NYC visit on April 19th with hubby and the little one, we were needing some breakfast and so we spotted this place on Yelp mobile and stumbled in. The Asian-style pastries and breads all looked so tantalizing that it took me a long time to decide! Hubby got the smoked sausage stick bread and the mini blueberry pastry, both delish when I sneaked a bite of each! I got the egg tart and a slice of the chocolate ganache cream cake to share with my daughter (Cake for breakfast you say? Isn't that what vacations are for??? 🙂 She didn't really dig the cake as it was not the right sweetness and texture that she is used to, but I dug both items… but unfortunately part of the cake had to go in the trash as we were all just too stuffed! Hubby's coffee (latte), he said was also decent.
We especially enjoyed going up to the third floor seating area and grabbing some stools at the window for a birds-eye view of the crowds and chaos of being near Times Sq. When the weather outside is too humid or cold (we lucked out with the perfect pleasant temps during our weeklong visit!), this would make the perfect perch from which to take a little break and soak in all the New-Yorkiness!!
I faded away from Paris Baguette for awhile but recently fell in love with their iced coffee and macchiato. This is slowly becoming my favorite PB location even though it's inconvenient for me to park.
This is a three-story tall Paris Baguette. As you enter on the first floor, you see the fresh sweet pastries on your left and some drinks on your right. In the middle, you have the savory pastries, cakes, packaged items, tumblers etc. I love their selection of drinks offered over the counter and the quickness it comes after you order it. The quality of the food and drink is always consistent and making me come back for more. There's additional seating on the second and third floor. You can also order food and beverages from the second floor. Very spacious, comfortable and clean dining areas. Great for a coffee break or somewhere to catch up with friends.
Paris Baguette is an extremely popular and ubiquitous bakery/cafe in Korea (think of it as the Starbucks of Korea). The assortment of Asian-influenced pastries and breads are similar to what you would find at bakeries in Chinatown, but slightly better quality and packaging as noted by the products' higher price tags.
My favorite among the breads is the Sweet Rice Donut. Made of glutinous rice flour, the donut is chewy like mochi and is filled with sweet red bean. It is lightly dusted with sugar on the outside. I also like the Sweet Potato Bread, which features delicate, soft white bread filled with creamy sweet potato cream.
I've also tried one of the cream cakes from Paris Baguette, and would highly recommend it. The Blueberry Yogurt cream cake has two layers of light, sponge vanilla cake with strawberry chunks and blueberry yogurt cream in between. The cream is much lighter and fluffier than other traditional cakes I have tasted.
Sweet Jeeezus!

As you walk around the busy and narrow 1st floor, the temptations will do just that … tempt you. You're either on vacation or in the middle of a hectic day … or both, right?. Give in to sweet seduction cause Paris Baguette is like Sweeeeeeeet Jesus and we should all go fruitful and multiply when picking pastries.
An amazing Korean bakery with multi-floors locates steps away from time square! So be aware that it could be filled with lines of tourists. Other than that, the store is def worth a visit! The caramel and vanilla flavored puddings are my favorites! They are soft, rich, creamy, yet not overwhelmingly sweet. Just the right amount of goodness packed in a cute small glass bottles. Other stuff are delicious too, like fruit cakes, short cakes, croissants, etc. Just get anything you'd like, the quality and taste are solid. Beside pastries, there are also plenty fun and good drink selections- coffee, expressos, juice, soft drinks (teas, tea latte, seasonal fruity drinks).
