  1. So tasty.
I stopped in this morning for a scooped out everything bagel toasted with ham egg and cheese. Of course New York bagels are the best and everything bagels must have salt on them and thankfully it did.

My sandwhich was heavenly. Great flavor, hot, crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.  Can you tell I rarely get New York bagels..lol. I also ordered a side of jalepeno cream cheese. It was so good, I dipped my pretzels into it later…yum.

The staff was friendly enough and efficient.  If you don't have much time this is a great place to stop in and grab something, they are pretty fast . So glad I stopped in.

  2. Brooklyn Bagel & Coffee is a bagel shop in Astoria near the Broadway stop on the N/Q train.

It's not the shop's original location, but they serve an awesome, crunchy, big-ass bagel that will make your belly full of bread and cream cheese. I am a sucker for tofu cream cheese and yes, they have it! In multiple flavors too. Weekends are busy. We came at noon on a Sunday and the line was almost out the door. As a result, it's also loud. Limited seating (less than 8 small tables). I ordered the Everything bagel with plain tofu cream cheese and my friend ordered the onion bagel with plain cream cheese and we really liked them. I also had a small coffee and not as good as the bagel.

Great place to pick up bagels to go. Quick service, decent prices, and close to the metro so you can go about your day!

  3. Never had a bagel on the East Coast and tried my first bagel at this place! It was quite busy so you know it's good! There were so many options! I'm just used to my average bagel and cream cheese from Cali so I had a hard time deciding. The employees there were helpful and tried to help me by asking if I wanted a sweet or salty bagel. I ended up just getting a lox bagel which was amazing!

The bagels were nice and fluffy. They were also made fresh in the back! I ended up going back the next day and got a chicken pesto which was just as good! I would definitely recommend this place!

  4. I came here on a Saturday morning and the line was nearly out the door. The line went quickly though since their service was fast. The decor was sleek, clean, and cozy with some tables to sit and eat. I ordered a dozen bagels and was able to try different flavors including plain, everything, whole wheat, and cinnamon raisin. They also gave us 2 free bagels since we ordered a dozen. The bagels were fresh and tasted great. There were so many varieties of cream cheese and other spreads to put on the bagel including some interesting sounding ones like honey bacon sriracha. I tried the vegetable cream cheese and loved it! I also had the iced coffee. Their coffee is on the stronger side, and even though I like my coffee a little weaker, it sweetened up nicely with some milk and sugar. A stop inside for a bite is definitely worthwhile.

  5. Really good bagels live here. Every topping you could want and they are all delicious

  6. Amazing bagel. My friends' cutie dog's name was inspired by this shop. Best cream cheese selection possible – and generous tastings. The cannoli cream cheese is awe-inspiring. Fresh squeezed orange juice is also delish. Skip the Tropicana please. So recommend this spot!

  7. Oh my God! So! If you haven't been to a Brooklyn Bagel- you MUST! I've been to several locations and all are basically the same. But in a good way! Lol I've had bagels with eggs, bacon, egg salad, etc.. But my all time favorite is their chicken salad! Holy crap. Do yourself a favor and get an everything bagel toasted with chicken salad. It's delicious!

Very excited that there are now two locations in Astoria- one on 30 Avenue and one on Broadway. Both have very good customer service, clean, and fast lines. You get what you pay for as well! Recommended by yours truly!! Hahah!

  8. Cool place  that has enough bagel choices to make  your head spin!
