Had some empanadas here on Thursday… going again today! Soooo good, baked not fried (as god intended).
Minor gripe on the beef ones… they're missing several key ingredients: egg, green olives, and raisins. Otherwise, AWESOME!
The ham and cheese one is Aaaaaa-mazing! Tried the three cheese one, so good.
