  1. By far the best Gelato in NYC so far. Finally, real natural taste, creamy consistency, and a great service. I am glad that I found it!

  2. Wow, I have serendipitously discovered the best gelato I have ever eaten!!! The Italian artisinal chef comes from Milan where he has a gelateria there and makes the most delicious gelato I have ever eaten. This is not trivial as the source ingredients are different fat content etc between the US and Italy. We got the pistachio (pistachios from Sicily), chocolate (perfect), and my favorite (honey walnut and yogurt). Go, you will not be disappointed.

  3. I stopped by here on my way to penn station on a hot night and I am so glad I did. The gelato was fantastic the people working here were kind.
I highly recommend the chocolate hazelnut flavor.
They also game me some complementary biscotti and that was great as well.
I have decided to make this my go to place to love and to hold, in good times and bad to respect and to cherish as long as I shall live 🙂

  4. I stopped in after having lunch at the Meatball Shop and wanted a little dessert. This was the ideal thing! Ice cream as it is made in italy! I got a small cup with the chocolate chip ice cream and coffee ice cream-you can get two flavors in the same cup. It is reasonably priced, the space is comfortable and the work staff was very pleasant. I would recommend and return.

    E stato un davvero piacere.

  5. Delicious and very authentic Italian coffee and gelato.  My friend introduced me to Giusto; he's lived in Italy, so I took his word when he told me it was the real deal.

The store's interior is small but gorgeous: bright and classy, yet also cozy.  The walls are lined with big jars filled with various candies (I wanted all of them), and the cases are filled with various pastries and biscotti (also wanted all of those).  Try a "cornetto": an Italian pastry similar to a croissant.  According to my friend, they're made with much less butter, but more sugar, than croissants.  The texture is a bit more bread-y, and not greasy, which I like.  They come plain and also filled with chocolate.  Yum!

For coffee, I went with an americano, and was quite impressed.  Delicious!! But also quite strong – you've been warned.

What really says a lot is that I returned THE VERY NEXT DAY to try the gelato.  And it was absolutely the right choice.  I think the best was the banana walnut chocolate.  You can definitely tell it's made with real bananas.

I also love the couch seating under the window.  Perfect way to spend an sunny afternoon!

  6. The gelato is solid but not mindblowing–however, the incredibly friendly service and cozy decor might be a reason for a repeat visit. We tried the Ginger Lime, Stracciatella and Nocciola. I loved the flavor of the Ginger Lime, but as others have noted, its texture was closer to sorbet than creamy gelato. The other two weren't bad, but not my cup of tea–or gelato in this case. As mentioned, the service is really awesome, and the entire place has that neighborhood feel that is so missing in Manhattan shops.

  7. This place is great! Was walking home and just had to try this new gem in the neighborhood.

I ended up meeting the owner Amp and was a cool dude.

Their gelato is creamy and taste like they made it a couple hours. I would recommend the hazelnut and there coffee. I def recommend this place to everybody craving an amazing experience.
