Narrow aisles. Good luck navigating this place if there is more than one customer in the bodega. Also does not sell the New York Times, or at least didn't have any when I was there. Big bummer. I'm not sure what makes this an "organic" grocery, but it's a clever title that can get people to buy their stuff. And I'm sure they do sell some organic stuff, too.
