Sick of bringing the same dips and apps to parties, I had the genius idea to bring a platter of pretzel nuggets to a New Year's Eve party! What a win! The pretzels were warm and super soft and ridiculously cheap – $30 for a platter of like 130 nuggets with three different dipping sauce; not to mention delicious! Everyone loved them, and they were fantastic for the kiddies too! I have continued ordering the platters for parties and have popped in when I've got a hot pretzel fix.
The staff is very friendly, including the owner/manager, Jen. On NYE, it was complete chaos and pre-ordered platters took over an hour to get; some people didn't even get their order. It was enough to never go back. But Jen called me personally and offered me a discount on my next party tray purchase which was a nice gesture and made me a repeat customer. Just make sure to place orders in advance and be prepared to wait on big days like Super Bowl and New Year Eve.
Soooo good! They don't have that greasy, buttery feel like the mall pretzel places do. They also weren't soggy and I had gotten two salt pretzels fresh out of the oven. Their cinnamon dipping sauce is to die for! Must go! I'll put pricing below..
My husband used to humble brag that he can bring these back to me when he travels out-of-town for business because he cares for my foodie heart. Well, sit down hun, 'cause now I can get these on my own in Livingston.
Cheap pretzels coming out piping hot from the oven. A good sprinkling of salt, extremely doughy and soft center, with a great selection of dipping sauces. My favorite is the mustard but their sweet sauces (like cinnamon) is pretty interesting.
The place was stifling hot with no AC when I visited, but not a big deal since it's a grab-and-go establishment.
A good choice for party platters.
They are just like the stadium soft pretzels. Delicious when they come out of the oven. Inedible once they're cold.
They reheat fairly well in the oven, but they're just not the same as that fresh baked taste.
The dipping sauces are just so-so. They only one I cared for was the honey mustard.
They'll do custom style pretzels. Fun for children's birthday parties. They'll do number pretzels or other designs for a modest upcharge.
It was a little disconcerting that when I'd ordered pretzels ahead of time for a party and they first put them in the oven when I went to pick them up. I admit, I was 5 minutes early, but they were not ready until at least 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Were they expecting me to eat 30 or so pretzels straight out of the oven?
As far as bulk orders, this is your place.
As far as the actual pretzel, Auntie Anne and Wetzels are superior.
