  1. Enjoyed coming here while we were visiting New York. This place was close to the Airbnb we were staying at. Had good coffee/lattes and pastries.

  2. Fell in love with espresso after visiting this cozy little Espresso bar in Brooklyn.

It's a little tight inside but they have a few little benches outside for you to enjoy your beverage. We liked this place so much we actually came back twice in one day! And apparently I am the last person on earth that didn't know espresso over ice is a thing, and it's delicious.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are really excited about what they are doing here.

  3. this place is small, cozy, awesome.

in the search for free wifi + a nice iced tea and a place to get some work done, I stumbled upon this gem.

friendly staff, awesome location (right in front of the Bedford L station) and albeit it was a little more than I'd want to pay for an iced tea made from a single serving tea bag ($3.25), the environment made up for it.

  4. Fast service, friendly attitude, GIANT chalk menu, tasty options.
I remember grabbing coffee here when I lived around the corner.
Now that I'm just a passer by'er, I stop for cafe au lait. Very nice.
I feel like I'm in the bottom of a Viking ship with the rope fence.
It's nice they have a restroom for customers.

  5. Of all the coffee options right off Bedford, this one probably gets a bit of a snub because it's right outside a subway entrance. There are just swarms of people trying to go elsewhere right at the top of the stairs.

However, it's definitely got a lot of personality. They bring in foods from lots of great Brooklyn bakeries, and you'll find some Scandinavian themed pastries, too. Cold brew did the trick; wasn't my fave but got it in a jiffy.

Plenty of communal seating as well as a bench right outside.

  6. Right in front of the Bedford L stop, this is an easy to find coffee shop.

The place is tiny but when I've walked in I've seen people try and get some work done on their laptops.

The menu is written on chalk on the wall. I ordered a hot chocolate and so surprised to see the 12oz go for 2.50$ and the 16oz for just a bit more. It was also tasty! It was frothy and not overtly sweet.

The barista/cashier was a one man staff when I went. He was nice, helpful, fast, and an added bonus of easy on the eyes ¯_(ツ)_/¯.

Whenever I'm in this neighborhood I'll definitely pop by here if I'm looking to get something to go (fast + well priced!) However, the place is too small to linger.

  7. I just had an awful experience here. So bad that I felt compelled to Yelp. I ordered an iced dirty chai and a bagel w cream cheese. Pretty simple. Nobody was in the place when I placed my order. I waited …. And waited …. And waited….. I sat down and I waited…For legit 20 mins. I almost walked out. When I said something to the barista who had proceeded to help other customers she was defensive. No apology.  No nothing. took my stuff and left. The chai tea was the most bitter I've ever had and the bagel was meh.  Bottom line: rude careless service and bad product! I certainly won't be back!

  8. What a cozy little cafe in the heart of Williamsburg. The place was PACKED when I first entered. It's fairly small, but managed to get my coffee in a timely manner. The staff seemed really friendly and cool, like someone who I would want to hang out with on the weekends. Their muffins looked really good, so next time I'm in, I'll have to try one.

Other than the fact that I had a decently good experience while walking aimlessly on Bedford, It's just overall a very standard coffee shop.
