People that are afraid to eat yummy foods prepared in a truck make me laugh. Personally I think that it is probably so much easier to be clean and obey Department of Health inspection codes (and employ overall cleanliness) in a small truck because there's less space to BE nasty.
I do get a *little* nervous about when there is only one person running a truck because I wonder to myself "what do you do when nature calls?!" – but when there's more than 1 person you can just switch it up and take turns during non-peak hours so that brings me to these two wonderful ladies…
These ladies really know what they're doing and they put together some awesome street tacos!
Their steak ones couuuuuuuuld stand to use more meat, but their chicken and carnita ones are pretty outstanding! They're also a bargain at $2.00 per taco with the amount of filling and TLC that goes into preparing these suckers!
They've got fresh limes on stand-by for you to go ahead and customize how much of it you want drizzled on your meat (bwhahahahaha, that sounded dirty – it stays -_-) and I like a lot of it so for me this is fantastic!
I never been here drunk, always sober to my review is purely me being sober while eating em' so they've gotta be great…I'd probably explode out of joy if I noshed on these while inebriated, haha!
