I've been to the Baskin Robbins portion of this one a few times and service was okay. However, I experienced an incident this evening that leads me to conclude that someone failed Business 101.
I go in to order a banana split. If you see the menu, you'll note that this is a higher priced item on the "Sundaes" section. Instead of doing their best to accommodate the customer, they tell me that they don't have the trays for banana splits & try to have me get the higher priced (in that location) banana royale.
As a former retail worker, the first rule of business is that if your customer wants to buy a higher priced item, you do everything in your power to get the customer THAT item. You DO NOT screw yourself out of a sale by saying you don't have something & making zero accommodation to give the person what (s)he wants. This is basic, guys.
In the future, I think I'll go elsewhere for ice cream considering the location is miniscule & has a limited ice cream selection to start with.
