I love food trucks and I love when you find a nice gem in an unexpected area. I was in Newark for work and my friends and I stopped here for lunch. Their special that day was a fish wrap and I'm so glad I got it because it was fantastic. The fish was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. They paired it with some tartar sauce and some lettuce/tomato and it really hit the spot. They also had a fun Brazilian guarana soda that we tried and it was pretty tasty. I definitely recommend grabbing lunch here!
