The only redeeming thing about this place is the lack of people traffic ~10AM. So you can get your order in pretty quick.
However, the guy that makes the order is rather sluggish considering there aren't that many orders being made. And seriously, since there isn't a huge line, do we really need two cashiers and only one person making the orders? Bad allocation of resources much.
But what really killed this place for me was the service. Maybe it's just me, but I couldn't understand a word the cashier or the order guy said to me. I just nodded my head and assumed the right thing was being ordered and made. #eslproblems
