1. There customer service is NOT the best, I've always stopped in here during the morning rush on my way to work so of course I understand that it's a busy time however…if I order something a certain way that's what I'm expecting to get! Please tell me how hard it is to make a hot tea with honey, lemon and three sugars? If you take your time it's not hard at all however there have been a few times when I have arrived at work and my tea was lacking something. Lesson learned…please check your order before you leave especially the rush or you will be sorry!
2. I've been to other locations during the morning rush but this location is by far the loudest and the busiest!
3. False advertising! There was an incident were I was charged extra for my purchase even though the item was clearly listed at a cheaper price on the menu. When I brought the price difference to person's attention who was assisting me, I was informed that the price listed on the menu was incorrect and that I will be charged the menu price during my visit. Guess what….she wasn't there during my next visit!
Who doesn't love a good coffee and an ice cream? Great location and resting place if you're trying to catch a Bolt Bus– seems like I wasn't the only passenger who had that idea either.
Staff: not so professional nor friendly. While my coffee was being poured, the cashier was telling the barista how much she couldn't wait to leave. Not necessarily want you want to hear from someone preparing your food.
New Dunkin Donuts has opened in the area attached to a Baskin Robbins!! Two thumbs up since it is across the street from the office so I don't have to walk to 36th and 8th or the one on 31st St. The service is fast, coffee served hot and flavor on par, not too watered down and not too strong. However, my only gripe with this location is that they charge extra for coffee. My guess is it is in a busier location, close to the AMC movie theater and Penn Station. A medium coffee brought me down $1.84 + $0.16 tax = $2.00 while the location on 36th St. and 8th Ave. is $1.84 after taxes. I'm penny pinching, but talk about price gouging when they are only 2 blocks away from each other.
Here is why I gave this place three stars:

I just came back from 31 cent scoop night and I like it.
It's near Penn Station and this block has AMC, Five Guys, Chipotle… whew, this block is a mecca of junk food!
