This Starbucks is small (hardly anywhere to sit at all and a very limited number of outlets!), dirty (there were large garbage cans scattered all around inside the bathroom and the bathroom was gross and there was no toilet paper!), and the service was very rude and inefficient. The only thing I liked about this place was the packaged yogurt parfait I got. Other than that, this place sucks. I'm never visiting again.
This Starbucks is pretty small, considering the museum crowd. It took what felt like a long time for our drinks to be made. And after waiting a while for a free seat, we realized there were no outlets (at the stool seats by the door).
On the other hand, our drinks were perfect, once we found a seat (with an outlet) we were comfortable, and the music was great. I'd come back for a coffee after a trip to the museum, but not if I wanted to get any work or studying done.
Very nice relatively small Starbucks in the upper west side. I came here because I needed coffee very early in the morning and it wasn't supplied at my hotel.
I got here right when they opened on Sunday at 6:00, not 5:30 as stated in Yelp, and found that when you go to a Starbucks right when it opens the coffee is exceedingly fresh and good tasting. Either that, or this shop just has better quality than most.
There are not too many seats here, but there were some comfortable seats for me right when it opened so I could sit with a nice cup of coffee to start my day.
Sometimes, you need something hot that'll wake you up. It works.
Good service, nice seating space, few comfy chairs near the window, and not too crowded.
Cons: although bathroom was clean, it was filled with 4 trash cans that should be outside, making it really crowded. The bathroom was used as storage space and it really grossed me out.
Just your typical Starbucks location that happened to be conveniently located only a block away from where my husband and I were walking when we suddenly felt like we were going to die from the cold.
Pros: The Starbucks was warm inside (haha!), and the employees were relatively nice.
Cons: There is no bathroom available to customers and seating is very limited. Only one chair was available for my husband and me.
This is a very little Starbucks but it totally gets the job done. The baristas both times I went in were nice and pretty quick and the bathroom was clean. The drinks I ordered came out "right" too. That's all I ask for! 🙂
Admittedly, I'm writing this review because no one else has bothered to throw this poor little Starbucks a bone. But my experience was pretty uneventful. I arrived. I went to the bathroom. I washed my hands. I ordered a small green tea latte. And they gave me a medium green tea latte by accident. Whoo hoo. The excitement never ends…
