Ordered a 80$ large basket for mother's day. It looked.. small to say the least. I had written the card in chinese.. and the card printed out with question marks, instead of the characters. The order was put in 2 weeks ago, if it was a problem, perhaps they could have called. Not worth the money, although the idea is nice.
If it were possible to only rate this location 0 stars, I would. I ordered a small arrangement as a birthday gift and it never arrived. Despite checking the online order tracker, which, by the way, listed the item as "delivered," I called the vendor asking them why then when I asked the recipient if they enjoyed my gift they said it never arrived. I got the run-around, to say the least, when phoning the vendor (I live out of state and selected this particular location because it was less than 2 miles from the recipient of my order). I have been on the phone with multiple people, for more than 2 days, trying to rectify this issue either with a reimbursement or a new order. Understandably, I will NEVER order from this location again. Absolutely terrible customer service.
