Came here today to redeem my free birthday drink. Little did I know, it expires a month from your birthday. Barista still took my order and reminded that the free birthday drink expires after a month. LOVELY! FREE DRINK & thanks to the awesome barista. Made my day!
Kool spot had to meet some friends and needed a pick me up! Service was fast and friendly.
One thing I can say about Starbucks, consistency. I order the same drink and its the same at all the locations that I visited. 3 thumbs up!!!
This Starbucks has friendly service. The only negative comment I have is that half the time I'm drinking grinds in my latte. If I'm spending $5 on a drink, it shouldn't include grinds at the bottom of my drink. That's the thing that irks me. Other than that, the coffee is always great here.
I go to this Starbucks at least once a week, since it is right by the D train line. The layout is great, and the food and drinks are standard Starbucks food/drinks. Years ago, the prices were slightly lower than Manhattan Starbucks prices, but that has changed.
Despite being the only Starbucks in my neighborhood, I have a love/hate relationship with this place. At times, they have really nice and friendly staff who joke around with you and make the drink right away. However, in the span of years I've been coming here, this place is probably the Starbucks where the staff are most likely to mess up your order if you aren't paying attention. I have seen my friends order cold drinks and be given hot drinks instead, and whipped cream be added into drinks when we specified we don't want any. A few times, I ordered plain coffee, yet had to wait over 15 minutes in order to receive it. This place is also very spacious, but it gets very packed during the weekends, since it is the only Starbucks/coffee shop in the area.
This might be a biased review because I used to be a barista before I moved here…but it's a standard Starbucks. No more, no less. Some of the partners are nice and some are kind of…not. The place is clean and they make an ok drink but I notice that the drinks are not timed properly sometimes and that makes a difference in the taste. Also, don't be a dick to me if I ask to customize a drink in a way I KNOW YOU CAN BECAUSE I USED TO DO IT FOR PEOPLE ALL THE TIME and tell me you can't do it. That's B.S.
Standard Starbucks. Free wifi, caramel frapp. I'm good.
The place is nestled in the street of 19th ave and 86th st in Brooklyn. It's a hard to miss area since the smell of coffee is always brewing here. There are seats to accommodate roughly 15 people. It's often crowded but I'm more of a grab and go kinda person when it comes to Starbucks.
Decent joint.
I come here a few times a month and there is usually a long line but it always goes fast. They are quick in this location and they always get the order right. I have never had a problem with this location and I've been coming here for years now since they opened up.
The baristas here are extremely friendly. I go here that often that some of them just ask me " the usual? " The wifi is hit & miss though. Some days, it is extremely slow and other days is fast. This place is packed with teenagers when it is 1/2 off Frap deals.
