  1. Highly recommend the Green Tea Tango with banana.  It's made with frozen yogurt,  protein and MATCHA green tea.  You can add any choice of fruit but banana really compliments the green tea.

The serving sizes are larger than average.  A small is about twice size of a Tall at Starbucks.   Will not leave you feeling thirsty or hungry.

Service is friendly and place is very clean.

One thing I have to hold against them is the use of styrofoam cups, not very earth friendly.

  2. So many choices! They're very accommodating if you're particular (like me) with your order. They allow for substitutions and of course, multiple additions. "Make it skinny" – most of the shakes are so sweet that you don't need all that extra sugar (turbinado). I usually get Angel Food, with water instead of milk, add peaches, and extra protein. No need for the vanilla or turbinado since it's super sweet, literally and figuratively!

  3. Recently removed my wisdom teeth so my choices for food consumption are slim. Luckily there are tons of choices at Smoothie King but I had arrived prepared to try their Chobani Greek Yogurt smoothies. I went with the Pineapple Mango which included Greek yogurt, pineapple, bananas, mango juice blend, passion fruit blend, vanilla protein blend, non-fat milk, electrolyte blend and fiber blend. Now usually I won't go for anything that doesn't outrightly state what ingredients are added to my meal or drinks as the word "blend" is vague and it may stand for god know what but I was starving and went for it.

In terms of natural, healthy and actually good for you, I really can't say. They do have a few healthy snacks around the small shop. My smoothie, though, was pure goodness. They offer three sizes and I went for the small (they have a "The King" size that looks like a seven eleven Big Gulp cup!). Since I couldn't suck through a straw I asked for a spoon and immediately upon taking the lid off a rush of fruity deliciousness hit my nose. The aroma was intense and intoxicating. The bananas they used must have been on-the-spot ripe. The hint of pineapple and mango added to the tropical taste of the smoothie. The consistency was thick and similar to a milkshake. It was amazing! A few more visits and I'm sure Smoothie King will have made me a customer for life.
