Never waste my time reviewing places like this, however the place is huge and barely anywhere to sit. Seriously? Such a large wasted space here. Hopefully they can add more seating. Terrible terrible setup! Only 2 tables. Wth is this?!?! Also, stale donuts each time and prices are higher than downtown Manhattan! The Starbucks in midtown is cheaper.
Maybe I got lucky but I stopped by here midday after a doctors appointment and since I had been fasting I needed breakfast. The food was fine, tasted like DD. My hashbrons were greasy but not horrible.
The place was messy but I blame the customers. While I was there an employee walked around twice, sweeping and wiping. If people picked up things or cleaned up after themselves it would probably stay cleaner. Personally if I spill coffee I wipe it up. If I drop a napkin I pick it up.
I will probably stop by the next time I am by it and see how that goes but the food was fine and the service was great. For a cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich with wifi you can't beat it.
I come here almost daily for my afternoon cup of tea. I haven't tried their sandwiches or coffee drinks, so this review is on the facility and customer service.
FACILITY I have been to this location a dozen times around noon. Every time, it has been very clean. Both floor and counters are spotless. Even though it is a large shop, there are only 10-15 chairs. There's room for over double the number of chairs. Fortunately, I typically find a seat at noon. The store advertises free WiFi, but sometimes it's down. There's also an ATM machine here.
CUSTOMER SERVICE The staff is efficient. They usually take and complete customers' orders within 3 minutes, and I've never seen more than 3 people on the line.
My only recommendation is to count your change when you pay with the Dunkin' Donuts app. One day, I tried to pay for my tea with the app. The cashier at time appeared to be the manager because he told the employees what to do and he did not wear the hat and apron of the typical employee uniform. He told me that the cash register did not accept the app, so I paid with cash. After I left the shop with my beverage, I noticed that the money was indeed withdrawn from the app. So, in essence, I paid twice for one beverage. Not cool, Dunkin'! Not cool!

The place looks like a garbage inside. No one cares for the maintenance, messy tables.
Grab your order and get the hell out.
