Seriously, it went like this, "Oh shit, we have no eggs or bacon…we're too lazy to cook, what now?" Yelp baby. Found this place within walking distance of my apartment.
Service was a little lax when we came in…if you're a regular, you certainly get the attention. We sat at the bar and waited a good 10~15 minutes before someone finally came for our order. They were quite busy which made the wait somewhat bearable but it could have been a better first impression.
The food came out super-QUICK. It was hot and fresh too. Everything cooked well and seasoned well. Tasty and A LOT OF FOOD for the money. Seriously, $4.40 and I got 2 eggs, ham, homestyle potatoes, juice, coffee and toast.
I'll be back.
Very solid little down home coffee shop. Old school in all the right ways including prices. Extremely affordable , good food, and great service.
I'm from California, so parking sucks, but you just have to figure it out and make sure you know the local rules otherwise you can add $39 to the price of your food for the parking ticket.
