Let me start ff by saying that if I could give zero stars, I would.
– Worst GrubHub order ever. Most misleading reviews.
– Our house number is 273.The bag had 237 on it, so the delivery guy delivered to the wrong house. No biggie.
– I ordered chicken fingers with fries and coleslaw. I so kindly asked for the fries to be cooked well done, but they came soggy and tasteless. This is the biggest dealbreaker for me. I cannot deal with soggy fries. The chicken was soggy, too. The only good thing from the meal was the coleslaw.
– Boyfriend ordered a gyro with fries. Again, the fries were soggy. He asked me to taste the gyro because he thought the white sauce (supposed tzatziki sauce) tasted weird. I didn't want to tell him, but the supposed tzatziki sauce (normally a cucumber yogurt kind of sauce) was made with WARM SOUR CREAM. AH! I can't even imagine eating sour cream warm, but in fact…. it happened.
– They forgot my order of zeppoles… which probably would have showed up soggy, too.
I'm glad that it worked out for the other yelpers on here, but I'd much rather prefer a refund vs. complementary order. Never again. Ever.
I really hope that management finds this review helpful – maybe a change in packaging to keep food's texture, having staff take a closer look at online orders and fulfilling them, using actual ingredients (i.e. tzatziki sauce vs. sour cream), etc.
