Ordered a cake here for a family event I usually order my cakes at bakery in Jersey City but I was short in time and wouldn't be able to drive all the way to Hudson Country and then to Union County in a matter of an hour so I decided to order the cake closer to my family's event…. Opened up Yelp in search of dominican cake and this bakery came up..
It's a tad pricier than the bakery I frequent in Jersey City but everyone loved the cake so that's what matters..
I ordered the cake with pineapple and Dulce de leche and it was delicious
This place is awesome.
The staff is friendly and they even donated some treats for a Christmas party – and by some treats I mean like 80 cupcakes. #blessed
I've also tried their chicken sandwich, which is quite flavorful for the simple ingredients it contains. It is a bit messy, but it's a filling sandwich at only $6. The pastries as enjoyable too. My favorite would be the fruit tart.
They have a $10 min on credit cards though, so the first time I went I unnecessarily bought a bunch of desserts and left feeling like a fatass. Don't worry, I didn't eat all of them (in one sitting).
