  1. Endless shrimp? I couldn't figure that out but but we couldn't find anything I like in the area so I said yes to this one. I only saw commercials about Red Lobster but I never had an urge to go in because it's a chain restaurant. But as I said previously, never be too picky to enter the unexpected because you never know what you get yourself into. They had endless shrimp on the menu. It means you keep ordering until your stomach is full like a balloon! Oh by the way, of course I did not order that. I had a tough time looking thru the menu with all the glossy and very colorful menu with beautiful photos, I was hoping that my order would come out like that. So I ordered lobster taco, why not? I'm at Red Lobster after all. Our waiter is Louie, a soft talker that I couldn't really hear but that's ok because he heard my order very well So no worries Louie as long as you did your job, you're hired! Hubby ordered endless shrimp. I tried a piece. The food was was a bit salty for me. The service was good.

  2. If it wasn't for their lobster pizza and cheddar biscuits being served warm and quickly, this specific location would get a one rating.  When we went the tables were dirty and awfully sticky,  same with residue on our silverware, the dining room smelled horribly and was unappetizing, the service for getting our meals was horribly slow (even on a friday night waiting for two hours to be seated then another forty five for food left us agitated and hungry).  The Cesar salad dressing tasted and smelled rotten. The food was cold by the time it made it our table. This location is horribly small, understaffed, smells and we will not be frequenting it again.

  3. Sunday early dinner wasn't too packed. Had a table for 6. 10 minute wait.

5/6 of us ordered the Admiral's Feast (19.95) and assumed it would be delicious and have a lot of variety. However, this was not the case. It was all fried and there was little to no difference in taste between the different shrimps, scallops, fish due to it being fried. Felt very nauseous and all of us had to take it to go.

Staff was nice, except some seem a bit discomforting when they glare at you for a prolonged period.

Overall, if you want to try this place out, go for it once but you'll see what I mean.

  4. I came here to continue my birthday celebration and boy was I disappointed. I didn't understand the low ratings but now I get it. I experienced it first hand. This is not my first trip at the rodeo and I'm very surprised that RL hasn't gotten it's act together.

Let's talk about the setup shall we. Well for starters being placed in the back is never a good idea. I feel the servers forget about you. You're sort of overlooked and left there to grab other servers just to get to yours. You get lost in the sauce for lack of better words.

When she finally came over, the guard came down and the laughs were overflowing. Nicole is funny and attentive. It's clear Sunday is the wrong day to dine here because they were out of a lot of items. Be mindful to ask if what you're ordering is readily available in the kitchen.

We decided to do the four course dinner; Soup: New England Clam Chowder, Salad: Caesar, Entree: Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo, Dessert: Caramel Cheesecake.  Orders were placed for drinks, an appetizer, entrees and dessert.

We started off with the Mussels in white wine sauce. Albeit tasty this dish needs to be executed better. The sauce was in the bottom and nothing was on the actual mussels. The lemons that came with the dish were used in order to recreate the flavor that was on the bottom. We ended up having to mix it ourselves. Last time I checked this is not a DIY establishment.

Entrees: We're truly best friends because we order the same dish, Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo. What we received ended up being Cajun Chicken Alfredo over Spaghetti. Major fail! Anyone who knows Brie, knows that I hate spaghetti. I didn't eat it as a child and I refuse to eat as an adult.

The manager was called over to rectify the situation. Apparently they ran out of linguini so instead of notifying us about the shortage the kitchen assumed spaghetti would do. What I find interesting is that the manager tried to cover up the shortage by lying to us stating that the menu has been updated and that it comes with spaghetti and not linguini. She took our new orders which she "cooked" herself.

She later informed us that she found linguini in the corner somewhere in the kitchen and that's the last batch. It just went out to another customer. I'm highly annoyed and aggravated at this point. Then 20 mins later we spot someone else with our original order and they also had linguini.

  5. After long day of shopping, we were going to go to Outback Steakhouse (love Steak) and it was going to be a 20 minute wait and the place was empty. Family did not want to wait that long so we went to Red Lobster instead.

The hostess said it will be a 2 minute wait and that was not bad. No more than 8 minutes they sat us down. Red Lobster more busier than Outback Steakhouse that's for sure and you see more families with kids.

Really like the ambiance here noticed the fish tank with lobsters at the bottom.

We lucked out and had a good waiter by the name of Luis and he was not pushy with getting orders in right away. He said no worries take your time and came back to check up on us to see if we need anything in the meantime.

Here are the things we ordered.

Definitely, a Cosmo to start after fun filled day of shopping to cool those jets and get off our feet. Should have definitely, ordered their signature drinks for they were bigger in size and looked heavenly from across the table.

Appetizer- Mussels with white wine sauce with some grilled toast. The mussels looked dry and the key is to squeeze the lemon quarters all over the mussels and spoon all the juices from the bottom of the bowl which made it taste so good. Sun dried tomatoes were tasty too.

Had Salmon with broccoli with rice pilaf which also came with a mixed salad which was really good. You can order the salmon in two sizes. We went for the smaller portion, cause we were going else where for dinner.

We also ordered the 4 course which was only $17 not a bad deal at all. Get all the cheesy bread which was greasy, salty and very addicting.

New England Clam Chowder in small bowl was very creamy.

    Cesar Salad was fresh.

Grilled Tilapia was sweet and delicious with mash potatoes and string beans.

Drum roll please for dessert- Caramel Cheesecake.

Will be back again for lunch or just for drinks. Great place to hang out after a long day of shopping to shoot the breeze.

  6. The biscuit that they serve for free here is just amazing.  The service here is great only with Tim. Tim makes you feel at home, he's patient and always attentive.

Occasionally they have food deals where they have all you can eat shrimp, etc. Its just great here, the food always comes out hot and they always make sure that you're enjoying your food.

Try to make reservations before coming here because the wait at times can be forever.  But if you are waiting, this Red Lobster is convenient located in a mall, so you can walk around and kill some time while you are waiting for your seat to be called.  Once seated, they treat you well and you never feel pressured to leave even though there is a long line waiting to be seated.  I highly recommend this place.

  7. The vast disappointment in the quality of the food that red lobster dishes out and where we stand in society regarding seafood. The service was good. The food is bland and medicore at best.

While I see a tank of fresh lobsters, I dont get why the lobster tails are overcooked to the point that it is dry.  While everybody loves the biscuits, the biscuits cant save a meal. The shrimp needs more seasoning. The best food was the small scallops-nicely fried and flavorful.

Why can't we have better seafood food? I cant think of another main stream seafood option. As a lover for seafood, we deserve better.

  8. Its Red Lobster so I didnt expect for my experience to be any different than other time Ive dined at this establishment. Im only giving 3 stars because the service could have been a bit better. It seems that our waiter forgot us on several occasions. Initially his customer service was great but slowly started to diminish perhaps due to the fact that he appeared a bit overworked.  No complaints with my food. Everyone knows Red Lobster is known for there chedder bay biscuits. I ordered off of the 4 course menu for 17.99 and got new england clam chowder, caesar salad, shrimp and scallop linguini and caramel cheesecake for desert. My drink however (Angry lobster) was absolutely fantastic. They could go a bit heavier on the alcohol but other than that I loved the cinnamon flavor.
