I've come here a couple of times with my friend and it always seems decent. I haven't encountered any unfriendly staff… most of them seem pretty attentive and are always there to put a smile on our faces.
I wouldn't say the quality of the food is this best (I don't know how much of it is due to Applebee's as a chain and how much is due to the nature of this particular location). If you're in the area and want some simple pastas, burgers, steaks, etc, stop by. If you're looking for something fancy or unique or wonderful, this might not be the best place to come to.
We came at lunch time, so it was pretty empty. We were seated right away, which was good. Our waitress was a little chatty, but food came out in ample time. All the food was like any other location. Your basic Applebee's menu. The lunch combos were actually a decent size & I left feeling full.
