Nice spot to hang out. Lots of parking space available. They specialize in burgers. Burger menu is not super extensive but you will find something you like since all sounds awesome. They also have different sandwiches and salad option if you don't want burger. Shakes and desert options out of this world! You ll be in a sugar coma! Be ready for a feast whether it's a quick bite or a night out.
First off service was great, Erica was out waitress, and she was great! Very funny, personable, and attentive. She told us we had to order our appetizers on the machine that's on the table, I informed her that after the way I had at the convention can she just take the order, she had absolutely no problem taking the entire order.
For appetizers we had the pretzel bites, which were just ok, the cheese it came with looked a little weird
French onion soup, it was ok, I've had better, I've had worse.
The chicken bites, came with literally five little pieces of chicken, which wasn't enough for three people, they also tasted like those frozen popcorn chicken that you buy in the supermarket.
There is unlimited soda, and fries…
Burger was good, bacon was also good.
The appetizers to me tasted like they were all frozen, This is basically a sit down fast food restaurant. Wouldn't want to go again, nothing wowed me!
But service was good, which is always important to me. Thanks to Erica!
Contrary to the experience of some people, I was attended and served quickly.
The environment is similar to American burger houses with several delicious sandwiches and fries! Did I say chips ?! So, well cut and fried in the right spot to come crispy and size to taste one or two at a time. About the sandwich I ate, was a quarter kilo of meat more sauces and cheeses , bacon and bread enough for most people. There are also portions as is common in the US, shrimps and cabbages.
Another highlight of the Red are the beers of various brands and sizes, can or tap.
Finally the desserts look good with varieties for different tastes from ice cream to cheesecake. I'd haven't got one yet, but look forward to try them someday.
Good place for groups.
Walked in for lunch, the place wasn't busy at all. Was told to wait for a table. Weird… Waited 5 minutes then was seated.
Waiter came up to us and said he'll be right with us. Two minutes later, another waiter came up to us and said he'll be right with us. I was waiting for the parade to start.
The menu looks nice, lots of burgers. Almost too many to choose from. The drink menu was awesome, despite it being sticky and gross, lots and lots of pictures which I like.
I ordered the southern charm burger with a little pink and herb garlic fries. I was really impressed with the fries, but ONLY with the herb garlic on them. Some of them didn't have it on and they weren't that good. The burger, tasted good but man was it messy. Sooo much grease just pouring over the bun dripping down my hands.
Service was really fast and friendly as well
Burnin' love!
Their jalapeño burger was surprisingly hot. Damn hot. I've only had it once, so I'm not sure if that's how they usually make it, or if I had a fluke. Guess I'll have to go back to try it again?
Bottomless fries ain't my thang, but that burger. Just keep me away from their ramen burger…
Food was ok, service was decent, price was high. Much better burgers at the independent joints in my small city. We mostly stopped there because it was on our way.
Bathroom was spotless, that was a real plus.
The Story: Came here for a friend's birthday dinner. I didn't expect this place to be more than 3 stars but this proved otherwise…
Food: Burger is average. It's comparable to Burger King… Fries were tasteless and not crunchy.
Price: Since I can pick up the same stuff from Burger King – its over priced. I paid $12 for my burger.
Decor: Like all chain restaurants – the decor is nice.
Service: I wanted to cry. I can't tell if my waiter (sheldon) is forgetful or just didn't care. It took him 15 mins to greet us and another 10 to get our water & take our order and drinks. The burgers took a good 30 mins and the drinks came after that came out. Refill on fries took an additional 20 mins. It was just…unattentive and I'm getting upset writing this because it was that bad.
Parking & Finding the Place: Not hard to miss but Siri gives you wrong directions
Additional Thoughts: I would not recommend this place as the service sucked for mediocre food. The one thing I did like is paying the tab with their tablet at the table.
Red Robin in Secaucus is always a safe choice. I have been here several times and always receive great service from start to finish.
Location is very nice, good service, and food is up to par. Always recommend this as an option to people visiting the area.
