  1. We had to ask for our bread so we weren't too happy about that but the food is as expected as are their drinks, which are definitely hearty and yummy.

  2. I came here to celebrate the birthday of one of my friends.

Their warm and soft bread rolls have to have something like crack bread in their recipe. Anyone could easily inhale two baskets and skip their dinner.

For my entree I had the Sirloin Steak with Grilled Shrimp and my sides were corn and French Fries. My first bite into my steak created an instant "Mmmm" to my mind, WOW! This have to be the best steak I've had in a while, I can just say it was very juicy and extremely delicious. The both sides the corn and the fries were good, giving the steak the extra taste.

Our server was super nice and attentive.

They bring out a non-mechanical bull, for those that are there to celebrate their birthday.  So my friend got a ride and yell Yee-Hawwwwwwwwwwwww! 🙂

  3. The food is good, and certainly well worth the price.  An entree comes with two large sides, and non-alcoholic beverages are replenished at no extra charge.

The service is also quite good.  The hostess asked if it was our first visit to the chain, and she was ready to explain how one could pick out a steak.  The server was attentive, upbeat, and efficient, and the meal was well paced.  The hostess also offered a friendly parting greeting when we left the restaurant.

The restaurant is clean and well managed.

One other nice thing about this place is that there is ample parking after 5 PM when the bank next door allows patrons of this restaurant to park.

  4. Not a bad place. Been there 3 times and it has good food. Staff is friendly. But sometimes it gets over crowded and it is a wait and sometimes when you walk around you see peanut shells on the floor and not sure if that's how it is every where but I'm not a fan of stepping into a place that floors are dirty. But I would come back to have a good meal.

  5. If I'm forced to eat at a chain and I'm not counting calories, I'd come back here again. I'm generally not a fan of chain restaurants… but I was in town for work last week. My manager took a colleague of mine and I for dinner here (since we were staying just up the street).

They both ordered steaks and loved them. I tried a half of a rack of ribs – haven't had ribs in over a year and don't indulge in them often…these were worth the calories. The sweet potato with the marshmallow and caramel sauce (I went all out) was worthy of instant diabetes (in a good way). I tried to balance it out with some steamed veggies…they were good, too.

I also had a margarita…it was happy hour…and it was gigantic. Lasted the whole meal and there was definitely alcohol in it! (Drink slowly, my friends…).

The rolls are amazing…hot, buttery and slightly sweet….everything you'd want from an oversized dinner roll. Slather some butter on that. Nobody's judging.

Then there are the piles and piles of peanuts….super salty shelled peanuts with a bucket for the carnage. I'm not a big fan of peanuts but these are borderline addictive.

Staff was friendly, efficient and the food came out when it was supposed to.

Not a bad choice at all!

  6. So far I've came here around 3-4 times and I always walk out with a great experience! I really commend how great their staff is. They're all very friendly and attentive, which always feels very welcoming to be there.

First off I LOVE their bread!! Anyways as for the food I usually order the Cactus Blossom as an appetizer (always on point and yummy) and the Filet Mignon and Ribs which comes with 2 sides. When I first ordered this dish, I was a little hesitant at first because I never got great experiences from chain restaurants, but they make my steaks perfect! They're always made to how I like it and very tender and juicy. As for the ribs it is also always tasty. ALSO happy hour is all day on Sunday's which is awesome!! I really enjoy the strawberry margarita which is big and only for $5. It can't get any better than that.

All in all, I will definitely be coming back.

  7. I went here last night with a friend and it was our first time here, and most certainly won't be our last. All the employees have a high level of customer service from the owner down to the greeters. It really felt like southern hospitality, which stands out in NY. The greeters were really friendly, and when we were escorted to our table, our greeter gave us a quick tour and  gave us some tips since it was our first time.
She let us know that they are known for their custom steaks and margaritas, which are both a must.
We were immediately given a basket of bread and butter and there was also a bucket of peanuts on the table to snack on. I ordered the sangria margarita, which I definitely recommend.
Our server was Heather, and she was amazing and attentive.
For dinner, I had the pulled pork dish which was deliciously juicy and paired with steak fries and corn. (You get to choose 2 sides) My friend had a steak which was cooked to medium perfection and had just the right amount of seasoning. At the end, the owner, Matt, personally stopped by our table to introduce himself. I highly recommend Texas Roadhouse for the delicious food and even more so for the excellent service.
    P.S. the portions were huge!

  8. Great steak and awesome service, I got the prime rib and shared some sides with my friends. The bread is yummy as usual. This place is quite busy, but the waitress still comes around to check on the table pretty often. Overall a good experience and I'd definitely come back if I'm craving for more steak and bread next time.
