I've been coming here on a biweekly basis since they opened up. I love their food and their customer service is top notch. I have ridicioulsy high expectations when it comes to customer service and they are A+. Yosef always waits patiently when the customers order and even gives his own opinion on what he prefers. The food was second to none and although a bit pricey, you get what you pay for with the quality and freshness. Parking is always easy and I love how late they are open. This restaurant cures those 11pm sushi cravings and then some. Love their fried rolls and my personal favorite is the "Godzilla ROLL". Give them a chance, defiantly won't regret it.
The sushi was 3.2 stars, the service was a 1.6…rounding out this review to 2 stars. My company ordered from here for a staff lunch. Out of the nine lunch specials we got, only seven were delivered and they forgot all the drinks, didn't give any spoons for the miso soups, and no dressings for the salads. When the food arrived, we put the delivery guy on the phone with the restaurant to tell them what we were missing: two food orders, dressings, drinks, and some utensils. When the rest of the food arrived we were still missing spoons and dressings. Wow, absurd.
Anyway, I had a smoked salmon roll and a spicy tuna roll. The smoked salmon was really dry but the spicy tuna was good. The miso soup was good as well and a rather large portion, but since we didn't have spoons I had to slurp mine because I'm unmannered like that. Sushi fussion, GET IT TOGETHER, you have potential to be a four-star restaurant but ya royally messed up.
Just be warned there is no bathroom
Nestled in a small strip of stores this spot can be easily missed.

We ordered and awaited our much anticipated kosher sushi
They take your name, call out and then bring your sushi to the table a nice touch
First to arrive was a tasty tempura roll
We ordered an appetizer which arrived covered with masago which I had specified no masago the server said with total ignorance this is caviar fish eggs I said ok thanks but please no caviar then.
I am wondering caviar masago tobiko fish roe all different yet all the same
Did this server truly know the difference or the sameness
He took it away and ok we will make a new one
Our other roll arrived and it was good
Still waiting on the appy
After 15 min I went to the counter and was assured it would soon arrive
5 min later it did
Deep fried rice with crunchy spicy tuna eel sauce and spicy mayo
It was very tasty!
As soon as this shop gets their eggs in order they will be even better
I will be back because except for the egg roe mistake
the food is fine
PS Fast forward 9/6/2014 called in a big order for pick up with a few changes and YES! Sushi Fussion PULLS through with flying colors and even seals the bags kosher just as asked . coming back real soon
