  1. Tasty, though not authentic.

I had pad thai with chicken for $12, which is a bit expensive. I'd never been asked for spicy level before, so that's when I was tipped off to the "fusion," non-Thai cooking style. My best guess is that it's an Indian-style take on Asian food.

It's good and an interesting take on Asia food, just don't expect Thai food from Thai people.

  2. Lunch is a nice generous portions. Service is really good along with the ambience. Food is tasty and has enough kick to it.

  3. Food is great. Service is HORRIBLE. I went here for a lunch with 3 other co-workers. There were only about 4 other groups besides us during this time period. First I was confused who my waiter was because 3 different waiters asked us what we wanted to drink. Then nobody came back for about 20 minutes to take our order. The soup took another 20 minutes to come out followed by the food which came out about 15 minutes after that. A quick lunch turned into an hour and a half event. Then when they brought us our check they did not tell us we had to bring it up front to pay so we ended up just sitting there for another 10 minutes. Other than the service, the food was great. Probably one of my favorite Thai places in Parsippany. Too bad they can not get it together.

  4. It was next to my hotel, and shows good reviews.  So, I thought I'd give it a shot for dinner.

Food was fine.  Not spectacular.  I believe it was the mint in my beef dish that put the flavor off a bit.  Beef was typical Asian-restaurant quality.  Not bad, not great.  There was a lot of meat.

Milieu.  Definitely intimate.  Dark.  Small tables.  Although, seating was open.  And a big 'strip mall' window wall.  However, clean and nicely appointed.  Felt comfortable.

Service.  Was acceptable.  Not sure why, when there were only two other parties, that they placed me in a corner near the entrance, and next to the door going into the kitchen.  I was serenaded by the melody of the dish washer whistling while the faucet sprayed water on the pots and pans.  Okay, maybe not exactly "intimate".
