My friend took me to dinner here with her family a while ago and we continue to eat here whenever we start craving a Healthy Food fix.
Healthy Food is a quaint, little Chinese restaurant in Verona, where you can do dine-in, take-out, or order delivery. All options are great. The restaurant's interior is very tranquil and the staff are welcoming and attentive. Take-out is quick, especially if you call it in ahead of time. Lastly, delivery is always on point – even during lunch time (note:delivery requires a $10 minimum).
My friend and her family have some dietary restrictions (they need to keep their sodium and carbohydrate intake down). Healthy is a great option for similar type customers because all dishes are prepared with trans fat free and cholesterol free canola oil, without MSG, and fresh ingredients.
Every thing on the menu is pretty legit. Our favorites are the salt and pepper shrimp and the flounder. I have a thing for the Maggi Chicken dish (it's not for everybody, but it reminds me of food I ate when I was a kid). I highly recommend Healthy Food if you are in the area.
