Really love this place. The only thing I don't like that it's a cash only establishment luckily my bank is across the street. I've ordered bagels for work and get togethers. I've ordered breakfast to go. I love that you will find a good amount of people having their breakfast on the weekends. Absolutely delicious food and friendly service. I've never had a bad experience. I've been going there for years 🙂 #ilovelox
How come I've never associated bacon with cream cheese ever in my life? It's always been cream cheese and lox but dang that cream cheese bacon bagel I had here is money. Wowzers.
I landed at JFK at 5:40 AM. I immediately drove into Brooklyn to see my cute, old Grandmother. But much more important and interesting than that I had to stop and get a New York bagel which I missed so dearly after residing in the mid west for 5 years. Ha, I'm totally lying, I didn't buy a bagel, I bought 2 dozen…cuz we don't mess around with our bagels! I thought NY was the place that never sleeps but I honestly ended up here because it was one of the few places open at 6 AM once I got off the freeway and headed to Kings Highway. This wasn't some type of amazing place, but I got my bagels, and my complete lack of objectivity due to my being a complete idiot and moving out of NY 5 years ago I was under the impression that these were the best bagels in the history of man. And even though I could have probably picked up some locally made specialty cream cheese I still opted for old faithful, Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Whoop, go Knicks!
Too many good places to come here. My friends and I got bagel sandwiches. No one was overally impressed. If you are starving and need something this will do but not worth the stop if you ask me.
