  1. This new location just opened recently and I couldn't wait to try it. I love Wendy's chicken nuggets and this location is close to the R train. The location has updated amenities and is very clean. The cashiers are not really polite and a bit rude even when you try to be polite. There are no lines to organize the different cashier lines so it can be a bit unorganized to place an order. Also, make sure to check your bag as I ordered water and was told they ran out of water [and wasn't offered a substitute — I had to ask for one] and I received the wrong order.

  2. I love Wendy's and I am glad they opened one up here.

    PROS:
    – it's clean
    – service is pretty quick
    – there's more seating upstairs
    – great interior design – very modern looking – (better looking then the one at caesar's bay)
    – Chili is always good (affordable price too)
    – Love their value menu (a lot of options for just a little more than a buck) – e.g. fries; 4 piece nuggets

    CONS:
    – none really.

  3. My experience here was a joke. There was no one on line when my boyfriend and I arrived and as soon as we were about to order, we were skipped by a very rude customer. What made my experience shitty was the fact that the cashier saw this, laughed, and took the rude customer's order.  Maybe I was cranky and hungry, but come on! The rude customer acknowledged the fact that she skipped us, and instead of stepping in line, she was taken first.

When I'm in the area I'll just walk over to Five Guys.

  4. Ok, logistically this place is a nightmare.
Get a velvet rope like most other Wendy's have already figured out.

I've come in here probably 3 times since it's been open, at various times of the day, and it's always the same thing.  A bunched up line, and then people cornered over by the bathroom waiting for their food, while some other genius stands smack dab in front of the delivery counter.

On this most recent visit, the soda comes out about 5 mins before the food items, and the guy says "thank you", leaving you to wonder if they screwed up your order.
When they got my "no-cheese" burger, lost in the shuffle, they were poking around inside the wrapper with their bare hands, to figure out which one it was… not good.    Then, 3 or 4 orders all pop out at once.
Why do we have all these computers and buttons, if it's not going to improve efficiency and get me my food while it's still hot?

This is one of those reviews where I say to myself…"God, please let someone from corporate or the owner, actually read this thing."

This is not a "complaining session",  there are just so many practical things that can be done to improve the customer experience at this location.
