Server Marisa was friendly, but the service took way too long. They seem really disorganized
location is fairly new but is okay. food takes longer than usual and doesn't have that traditional taste that I've usually gotten at other locations.
This Ihop is by far the worst I ever been to! I am a big fan of the franchise and I usually don't complain but I have to give my honest opinion! First our server was some kid who didn't have menu knowledge. He had to literally go into the system to check a price on an additional stack of pancakes. C'mon bro, do your HW. So I ordered the seasonal raspberry and white chocolate chip pancakes (which I had several times at my residential IHOP). When my order came back, I literally thought I got the wrong meal! It looked like the original stack with poorly chopped strawberries on top. Barely had any white chocolate chips in it. The few bacon strips I had where burnt, my hash was unevenly cooked, and my sunny side eggs were on the "partly cloudy" side (overcooked) Hahahaha! The server was rushing us like we weren't the only ones left. Place closes at 10..it was 930. Can I digest this cheap ass meal for a second before I get kicked out? Lol I swear I didn't want to tip….but I understand it's a living so I wouldn't try that. OVERALL. ..never again
I was skeptical coming here because of the bad reviews but I learned not to trust all reviews. This place is in Flatbush so don't walk in thinking its midtown Manhattan. Ihops is only a step above fast food so ppl need to stop acting snobbish.
The host, server and managers were exceptionaly kind and helpful. Service was on point. Although the girl who gave us our food was confused and did not know who ordered what or what table had the food.
The food came out room temperature but that's what I come to expect. IHOPS and other franchise restaurants never give hot food.
The overall experience was good but I rather go to a mom & pop type place for better food.
