Go to the IHOP in Pelham…this one is down the block from me, but I'd rather travel a few extra minutes to avoid the ex-con employees. No one seems to know what they're doing. I was told the wait was 20 minutes one night. I was seated and about 25 empty tables were right in front of me. Nuff said…
