We love great food, but even more exciting for us is when we know there is such passion behind that food. Brookside Bistro (the reinvented Rosemary & Sage) will not let you down. It is clear that the heart and soul of the owners is fully exhausted in preparing these wonderful dishes! Everything is really yummy and very reasonably priced.
The beer menu is very reasonable as is the wine menu. We started with a tuna salad appetizer which was amazing, the tuna tasted as if tier seared over charcoal and came in at a very reasonable 11 dollars. The entrees were both amazing as well. My seafood gumbo was a great low carb healthy option that was super super uber good. Really was digging the polenta which had a wet concrete consistency but tasted anything but concrete…it was awesome! My wife Cod/Crab/walnuts wrapped in a purse/pastry (I am not doing it justice with that explanation) was very very good and they both came in at around 21 dollars each.
In summary, we will be back! maybe tomorrow lol
