God awful service! Took them 15 minutes to come up with 2 McGriddles! Place was jammed packed with rude ass customers at like 10 in the morning. The seating in this McDonald's is horrible too. It's so damn cramped in here.
Who doesn't love McDonald's? This place is just too convenient to pass up on if you're shopping that little stretch. Big Mac, you say? SOLD!
Super busy. But they got my order right, and the place was pretty clean.
This location is right outside a major mall/shopping area, so expect some weary masses. Noticed the patrons seemed very grumpy. Lots of people traveling with small children were also looking grumpy.
I came during the height of the holiday season while on my way to work. I think they did a good job decorating and managing the costumer flow.
This McDonald's hardly ever gets my orders correct. I constantly have to check my order here.
The worst McDonald's drive thru is here. It's hard to get into the drive thru and difficult to get out. When they hand you your order at the drive thru the employee always closes the window so fast so if I am missing anything or have a problem with my order…I have to honk forever to get their attention here. Only reason why employee comes back is because the line is not moving. Does it hurt them to get the orders correct? Or at least make it easier to get service in the window when there is a problem.
Usually this is the scene….I have to fight my way into the drive thru, have to turn a tight circle, pay in one window, drive more and get to the pickup window. She hands me the food, shuts the window pretty hard and then I look into my bag and I figure out things are missing….then I HONK HONK HONK HONK HONK HOOOOOOONK to get their attention. Of course the person behind me is honking too. I wonder if we can coordinate to make music with the honking. Just sayin'.
Going to this McDonald's is stressful!
Came here a few times after shopping in Target and BJ's.
Small McDonald's with limited seating. Forget trying to look for a place to sit during rush hour. Just order take-out.
Dirty tables. No one cleans! Why they got such lazy staff?
The service is very poor here! There are always long lines with only 2 cash registers opened. It takes forever to get a hold of my food. On top of that, they always mess up on the order. I always have to go back and confront them to exchange an item or replace a missing item.
I agree with Gary L that it is extremely cramped inside! No room to even breatheee at times because everyone is waiting on THE line.
The worst Mcdanolds drive through I ever been through. First the rent a Indian tough guy security guard with a whistle telling people to turn here and there like a idiot, causing more traffic & confusion. Then the drive through Employees are slow and stupid. The idiot working the drive through station, had a whisper for a voice & took about 5 minutes just to get to the intercom, after that whole ordeal with this dummy here comes the next. The next dummy messed my order and didn't give me any straws with my drinks, another 7 minutes waiting for these dummies to put together fast food. They are officially Awarded "MCdummies Of The Year"
Rarely would I want to checkin at a national fast food restaurant and review it. But this was my second time coming here and both times I've had a horrible experience through the drive thru.
Both times it literally took me fifteen minutes to receive my food, being number two in line. The service is absurdly slow and frustrating. This place does not believe in serving "fast food", maybe go inside next time. But it sounds like that's not a good option either.
