People this place no that good at all. Has anyone ever heard of burger joint now that place is good it's just not close.
All burgers are flat top grilled. No flame broil what's so ever. Burgers need grill marks they need to be touched by fire.
Same goes for there dogs nothing special at ask not steamed not fire grilled just flame grilled and not even no crisp out layer.
I ordered bacon for my burger. Not only did I not get it but when I told the cashier and manger they asked if I want an extra side and manager cane to look and verify it didn't have bacon on it. One I know how bacon looks and tastes. I also asked for fresh onions all I got was for little cubes.
Plus the fries are saggy and over sprinkled with parmesan.
This place sucks unless your drink or high.
Won't be coming back.
This is my wives favorite burger place. I actually prefer it over shake shake. The burgers are a good size and the staff is always friendly. The burgers green style are my wife's favorite while I enjoy the good old fashioned burger fi burger with a bun. Definitely recommend stopping in for a quick bite to eat.
Each chain apparently different. (Reference to portion size).
Their bun are much smaller then other chain location. , however there decor and layout is neatly placed, for conveience of t.v.'s., and beverage machines. Staffing very Family-friendly. Ordering was easy, staffing assistance with substitution, we're awesome.
As like many people I am first and foremost a shake shack man. However, burger fi is a close 1B in my mind. Additionally, this location has a great staff including management. Seriously when do you get a manager who apologizes cause he restaurant is busy and has a line. Only a manager who truly cares about the customer.
Since burgerfi is so close to where I live I will most certainly be back and may frequent it more then shake shack.
I love this place. The burgers and fries are great. I had a black and white shake which was so good. They are generous with the fries. I definitely recommend it.
Been eating here on and off since it opened. It's a burger joint with beers on tap. It has freshly made burgers and really good fries. They make a pretty good shake. There is a huge communal table and a bunch individual ones. Free refills on the fountain sodas. Lots of toppings to choose from for your burger. I like that it's a fast food burger with a slightly healthier alternative. Plenty of parking stop in and give it a try, if you're a fan of 5 guys or shake shack this will not disappoint, it is much better!!
I'd compare BurgerFi to being identical to an up-and-coming Shake Shack.
The menu foods all have their own spin from what you'd find at Shake Shack and some are for the better.
Pros:
Undecided Burger (+++) I'd say is the best burger on the menu. It's so flavorful you can't tell one of the patties is a veggie patty.
Key Lime Concrete (+++) It's a sweet, cold vanilla custard with key lime pie chunk layers in it; what's there not to love?
Urban Style Fries (++) The seasoned fries with this garlic aioli sauce that it comes with is spectacular. You'll definitely want to ask for more sauce.
Breakfast-All-Day Burger (+) It's a pretty good burger and certainly a-good-different than what you'd expect from a typical burger.
Service is friendly and there's a ton of space to eat in.
Cons:
The portions are a tad smaller than what you'd expect for the price you're paying.
Service is slow at peak lunch or dinner hours. Calling ahead like 15-20 minutes doesn't really help.
Not sure it's possible to add anything that hasn't already been said about this place. BurgerFi was one of the first to slide into the niche of "luxury fast food" popping up around Long Island. It's a burger joint, serving burgers, dogs, fries, and shakes. You can also get some "craftish" beer on tap or in bottles and wine too or just get soft drinks from one of those Cola ATM machines that are becoming popular in movie theaters; though this place was one of the first I'd ever seen
The place is adorned with that style of rustic and industrial elements; an obvious effort to look repurposed and speak to their more sustainable and fresh approach to fast food. Huge floor to ceiling windows decorate the front and make for a pretty cool fresh air vibe, in contrast to a stuffy McDonald's where you come out smelling like the food you just ate.
Taste wise, BurgerFi is about as good as Five Guys. A little more customization is available here which is cool, but for all of this you pay a price. Burgers, fries, and soft drinks can run you upwards of $40.00 shmeens. Is it worth it? Not sure… It's on my radar so I've been here a few times and it's never disappointed me
Though caution: eat it here! I live only a town away and the food was not packaged for transport. You will have soggy fries and a droopy burger if your ride is more than 5 minutes.
Try it… Food is solid, vibe is cool.
