My comrade with the other 1-star review is "right on the money," as the cliche goes.
I should like this place. If you've read my reviews of CVS, you know I'm a big fan of centralization and standardization ('centralizin' and standardizin' — great music group name, NOT.) Look, McDonald's isn't gourmet food by any stretch, but it's not a bad place to stop for some fries or a milkshake when you're tired and you want to just indulge a bit. You theoretically always know what you're getting, and it's hard to mess up these junk food staples.
Except at THIS McDonald's location. A logistics nightmare. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes just to order and 10 minutes to get something like medium fries. It's not the fault of the staff. It's the fault of a cost-cutting McDonald's management that's trying to execute a "labor-saving" speed-up and squeeze. Frankly, it's disgusting, but read your Harry Braverman, and you'll know what's up.
