Fast food? This should be called SLOW food! Waited more than half an hour on a simple order. What are the ppl doing in the kitchen? The cashier who took our order tried to be fresh to my fiance when we questioned our order. We were so close in speaking with the manager when the cashier apologized to my fiance. What kind of attitude and service do customers deserve? Well, certainly not the smartmouth attitude and slow service. What a disgrace to McDonald's!
Oh yeah, beware of one of the cleaning staff.. he used the same damp cloth to wipe down the tables and soda machine area without washing the cloth. And then I saw him even wiped the floor with the same cloth!!!!! Talk about nasty and unsanitary!! Did I expect this to happen? No. Does it happen in McDonald's? Maybe. Getting the chills right now. Goosebumps!
oooooK, I will NOT return to this McDonald's even if it opens 24 hours!
Why do all the McDonald drive thru's in College Point are accidents waiting to happen?! The best thing about this McDonalds is the guy at the drive thru window. He is polite and helpful. Gigantic parking lot. Free Internet. Nuf said
